My Story
From Lost to Self-Worth
I unexpectedly lost my first wife Meredith at age 22.
​
When we met in college, I was immediately drawn to her, and she to me. Some might call us 'twin flames', souls who were destined to be together. Neither of us could picture a future without the other.
​
When I suddenly found myself without her, I was lost. I felt I could never feel whole again, my life could never feel joyful, happy, or fulfilled again. I frequently questioned if I could go on alone.
​
One of the things that I needed to learn and discover was the value and importance of deeply loving myself, for myself. When I love myself, and choose myself first, I can live a life of freedom, joy, love, connection, and trust, and in that I can be the best version of myself for others.
​
It is now my vision to share my story, my journey, my experience with those who are in a similar place that I was in. To be that light in the darkness so that others can find themselves again, just as I was able to find myself.
